The Christian fish symbol was made popular on bumper stickers so many know of it. As a result quite a few know of its use by persecuted believers. But far fewer know its meaning.

I want my poems to be biblical and the only way I know to ensure that is to look up the passages related. It caused me to change one line when it didn’t match what the passage said.
